What is the return policy?

We want you to love your NEXTCHRG purchase. Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shop with confidence. All NEXTCHRG products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem, and our team will assist you.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper use or normal wear and tear.
